I am a freelance digital artist, meaning i draw for people for money. i also have a personal life to manage as well, which means i have very little time left to do other things. thats why i use a "print on demand" service that handles the printing, packaging and shipping... basically all the things i dont have time to do on my own besides making the actual design.the service i use is called printify which has very good product quality that i use personaly and used to make shirts for my friends and family.

Yes you can, just send an email here and ill contact you as soon as possible.however it will be more expensive, i'll have to charge for the tshirt itself and shipping, and an additional cost for the design itself, usually around 60-100 dollars depending on how complicated the design is.

It depends on where you are in the world, however it'll take 2 weeks maximum. if it takes longer than that please send an email.
